24-Hour Emergency Service

Aero Energy not only answers your questions and takes care of your problems during the normal business hours, we try to resolve your problems and concerns 24 hours a day. And as part of that 24-hour service, you, as an Aero Energy customer, will have access to a real person at all times that can either answer your questions or dispatch a serviceman to your location to fix your furnace or whatever problem may arise.

Automatic delivery also allows you to take advantage of Aero's 24-hour emergency service contracts (Comfort Service Plan-Oil Fired, Comfort Service Plan-Propane Gas or Residential Oil-Fired Water Heater Service Plan). With these contracts, you don't have to worry about paying in advance for a service technician, and emergency service will be available to you immediately, 24 hours a day.

Automatic Delivery

Forget the worry: With automatic fuel delivery from Aero Energy, you never have to worry about scheduling another delivery of heating oil or propane, or worry about being at home to pay for it when it arrives.

Avoid the risk: You don't have to risk running out of heating oil or propane in the middle of the winter when you might need it most. If, you, as a credit-approved automatic delivery customer for primary heat, run out of fuel due to a delivery mistake by Aero, you will receive a $25 credit toward your bill. We guarantee it!!

Budget your payments: If you sign up for automatic delivery, Aero Energy can offer you budget billing. This allows you to pay a fixed, budgeted amount each month for your heating oil or propane.

Save money with Budget Payment Plans and Price Protection Plans

You can join the budget payment plan from April through September. We will spread your payments out over a 12-month period.

With Aero’s Budget Payment Plans your monthly bill will be determined by your average annual gallon usage multiplied by the projected price per gallon then divided by the applicable number of months. If annual usage is not available, square footage will be used to determine the monthly amount due. The payments will then be used to pay your current bill as well as build credit for the winter months when the average heat bill is higher.

Any credit balances can be applied to the next year's budget plan or returned to you at your request. Any outstanding balances can be incorporated into the new budget plan.

Price Protection Plan

Customer requirements:

Each residential customer on the Price Protection Program must be in good standing, on Automatic Delivery, and be Credit Approved for the primary residential heat source for the duration of the program.

The application fee covers a portion of the total cost incurred by Aero to cap the price on your total purchases of heating oil or propane. This application fee is non-refundable once an applicant has been accepted into the Price Protection Plan.

Program features:

  • • Established Price Cap for Heating Oil (if primary heat product)
    • Established Price Cap for Propane (if primary heat product)
    • No Price Floor
    • Deliveries Made Between October 1 to May 1.

Under the PPP, your cost per gallon of heating product will never exceed the established price ceiling. In other words, any time our normal posted market price exceeds your protected price, you will be invoiced at the price ceiling, no higher. Discounts - if any are earned - are applicable only when the posted price is less than the PPP price. This program will expire May 1. All subsequent deliveries will be billed at our posted market price, less any applicable discounts.

  • The Silver Service Plan is a great choice if your heating equipment is fairly new. Between the annual tune-up and the loyalty credits, the plan practically pays for itself right away! You receive:

  • • Priority 24/7 Emergency Service (at a 15% Discount)
  • • 15% Discount for Diagnostic Fees
  • • 15% Discount on all parts and labor
  • • $25 Loyalty Credits each year you renew coverage, good for up to a $300 credit towards the installation of new heating equipment from Aero Energy.
  • Gold
  • The Gold Service Plan offers many of the same coverage benefits as our Diamond Plan. You receive:
  • • An annual efficiency tune-up
  • • Priority 24/7 Emergency Service (covered in full)
  • • 100% Coverage for Diagnostic Fees
  • • 100% Coverage for over 33 parts and necessary labor for replacement
  • • 15% Discount on any parts and labor not covered in full
  • • $50 Loyalty Credits each year you renew coverage, good for up to a $500 credit towards the installation of new heating equipment from Aero Energy.
  • Diamond

  • Our Diamond Service Plan offers you the very best in heating equipment protection and savings. You receive:
  • • An annual efficiency tune-up
  • • Priority 24/7 Emergency Service (covered in full)
  • • 100% Coverage for Diagnostic Fees
  • • 100% Coverage for over 76 parts and necessary labor for replacement
  • • 15% Discount on any parts and labor not covered in full
  • • $100 Loyalty Credits each year you renew coverage, good for up to a $1000 credit towards the installation of new heating equipment from Aero Energy.

 

Cool Comfort Service Plan

The Cool Comfort Plan is the perfect complement to any heating service plan. You receive an annual tune-up and a 15% discount on all repairs including priority 24/7 emergency service, diagnostics, parts and labor. You also receive $25 in Loyalty Credits each year you renew coverage.

Water Heater Comfort Service Plan

Water heaters corrode easily, and if they aren’t running efficiently energy bills can be high. With our service plan, you ensure your system stays as clean, efficient, and trouble-free as possible with an annual tune-up plus full coverage on many parts typically needing repairs.

TankSure Program

For Heating Oil Tanks
Aero Energy is always looking for creative ways to help our customers save. To help meet this objective, we have added the TankSure® Program to our service process. The TankSure® Program includes an ultrasonic test of your oil tank, which is an EPA approved technology. Once your tank is tested we will use a state-of-the-art software system to determine when a replacement is needed. Once qualified, the TankSure® Program will provide these valuable benefits to you:

  • •Protect your biggest investment
  • •A $1,000 Tank Replacement Warranty
  • •Potential discounts on your homeowner's insurance policy
  • •A Tank Inspection Certificate, which is valuable documentation

To help cover the cost of administering the TankSure® Program we will charge you $39.95 per year for this coverage, which again, includes maintaining the $1,000 replacement warranty. We will perform the test and inspection at your next service call and with your annual tune-up thereafter. We strongly recommend that all of our customers take advantage of this valuable program, and therefore we believe it is in your best interest to have this benefit.
