When can I join the budget payment plan?

You can join the budget payment plan from April through September. We will spread your payments out over a 12-month period.

We multiply your average annual gallon usage by the projected price per gallon then divide by the applicable number of months (as per above). If annual usage is not available, square footage will be used to determine the monthly amount due.

Budget payments are due on the 20^th of each month.

Only if, upon review, your usage either increased or decreased based on the projected information at your account set up.

One or more payments in arrears can affect credit status and future deliveries. Aero offers automatic deductions from checking or savings accounts along with the ability to use a charge card for the monthly amount due.

You can choose automatic deductions monthly from your savings or checking account. If you prefer, you can charge your monthly payment to an approved credit card.

Yes, as the purpose of the budget plan is to build credit balances to cover your winter deliveries.

Any credit balances can be applied to the next year's budget plan or returned to you at your request. Any outstanding balances can be incorporated into the new budget plan.

Yes, we will divide the amount of the selected contract by your budget period (by 12).

Your budget plan will renew automatically. You may notice adjustments on your account as a result of any credit balance or amount due at the end of the plan.
