New Fixed Price Program

Dear Valued Customer,

Since reaching record high prices last summer, prices have dropped, and we have been able to lower our delivery price.  I can’t tell you how happy we are to do that. Still, we are getting a lot of good questions from customers about where prices are going, and what they should do about it.  We thought it might be helpful to address these with everyone, and to introduce a new solution to price instability – our new Fixed Price Program.

Could prices go higher again?
Absolutely.  Recent increases in gasoline prices are an indication that prices will not stay this low forever. All it would take is some international incident, and prices could spike up again.  We do not want that to happen, but our job is to be prepared for anything.

Does Aero have a way for me to save this year and secure a low price for next winter?
YES.  We are introducing a new Fixed Price Program that will run through May 31, 2010. The Aero Fixed Price Program offers Heating Oil and Propane at lower fixed prices for Pre-Purchased gallons, and for gallons on fixed price contract with no pre-purchased gallons.  Pre-purchased gallons can be offered at a greater discount since we’ll use your pre-payment to purchase gallons at today’s lower prices. • Here are the Fixed Price Program particulars:
  • No Fees. The fixed price program requires no fees or upfront payments.
• • Pre-payment is optional for customers who wish to pre-purchase gallons today and take advantage of the current lower prices
  • Automatic Delivery and credit-approval are the only requirements for qualification.
  • Must complete and return a Fixed Price Sale Agreement.
  • Limited Time Offer for Fixed Price Program. We have pre-purchased gallons at this low price for next winter; and once these gallons are committed to customers we will buy more gallons at whatever price is available at that time.
• • Flexible Start Date. You can lock in prices immediately or sign up now with a start date later in the year. You can still get a spring or summer delivery at the current retail price, just reduce the gallons on the contract if necessary.
