HVAC Outside Sales Rep

Aero is looking for a full time HVAC Outside Sales Representative selling commercial and retail HVAC equipment in the Havre de Grace, Maryland area. This is a rare opportunity for a person with the ability to develop relationships and grow business and market share. Responsibilities Include:

• Lead Follow Up
• Cold Calling
• Business Development and Hunting for New Business
• Developing Relationships with Builders

Relevant Skills:

• 3 Years Previous Experience in HVAC Sales and Service
• Plumbing Background Helpful
• Able to Perform Heat Loss and Gain Calculations
• Relationship Selling
• Self Directed
• Customer Oriented
• Strong Organizational Skills
• Great Work Ethic
• Team Player Attitude a Must
