Requirements:
- Confident, outgoing and organized
- Experience in residential and commercial collections a plus
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to retain information
- Ability to work efficiently and independently
- Must be able to type and be PC literate in a windows environment with excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Must be proficient in excel
- Ability to work with other departments
- Process both incoming and outgoing customer collection calls
- Process payments
- Review customer account
