Customer Support Associate

Aero Energy, a petroleum products sales and delivery, and HVAC company, has an immediate full-time position available for a confident, outgoing and organized individual in Havre de Grace, Maryland
Customer Support experience preferred but not required

• Call Center experience (2 years)
• Accuracy and Attention to detail is a must
• Ability to retain information
• Ability to multitask
• Must be able to work efficiently within a team and independently
• Typing is a must and you should be PC literate in a windows environment along with excellent communication skills, verbal and written

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Processing incoming customer support calls
• Processing inventory-data entry.
• Providing customer support to internal & external customers at the office
• Processing work orders
• Account set up and account maintenance.
• Promoting company products and services
