We are looking to add a dynamic HVAC Installer to our growing team in Havre De Grace, Maryland. Requirements:
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience
    • EPA Type 1 and 2 certification
    • Complete understanding of refrigerant cycle
    • Proficient at reading and understanding residential schematics
    • Able to be on the “on call” schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
    • Able to read, write, and speak English
    • Demonstrated ability to complete paperwork properly and according to procedure
    • Valid driver’s license
    • Able to lift, pull, and/or push 75 pounds and climb ladders and work off scaffolding
    • Able to sit, stand, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach for extended periods of time
    • Furnish own hand tools

  Duties:
  • Ability to install Boilers, Gas and Oil Furnace’s, Heat Pumps, Air Conditioning and Mini Split Systems
  • Diagnose and repair residential oil and gas heating equipment, air conditioning units, and heat pump units without daily supervision * Complete residential preventative maintenance on heating and cooling equipment * Complete all paperwork according to company procedure
  • Provide all customers with consistent, quality service in accordance with company procedure * positively promote the company’s products and services, developing equipment leads and selling service contracts * Assist other associates to achieve maximum success, safety, and efficiency * Maintain required truck inventory as audited
  • Maintain a neat appearance in proper, clean uniform at all times
  • Perform regular vehicle maintenance checks and maintain a clean vehicle at all times
  • Perform all duties in a safe manner ensuring incident-free operations * Report any incident or accident as soon as possible to the Service Manager
