With a fleet of over 200 vehicles, we are one of the fastest growing companies in our industry. To coincide with this growth, we are looking for a high-powered, sales-focused individual for our Bathroom Remodel Division. This position is located at our New Oxford, Pennsylvania headquarters. This mission critical position will play a key role in nurturing Aero Energy’s ongoing success.
Serves customers by introducing customers or potential customers to Aero Energy’s One Day+ Bath Solutions.

Sales Representative Job Duties:
- Represents Aero Energy at public events educating potential customers about One Day+ Bath Solutions.
- Establish qualified leads to be followed up on by our One Day+ Bath Sales Representative.
- Participates in marketing events such as: Health Fairs, Street Fairs, Expo’s, Etc. promoting our One Day+ Bath Solutions and establishing qualified leads.
- Keeps management informed by utilizing CRM and Cargas software to record lead activities, such as daily follow-up calls, weekly work plans using CRM, Cargas and Outlook.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, marketing techniques, etc.
- Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and market demand and product development.
- Works with management investigating problems; developing solutions; and working with the Install Manager; making recommendations to management.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
