As the World Health Organization has now declared the Coronavirus (COVID-19) a global pandemic, we want to share with you the steps we’re taking at Aero Energy to help keep our customers, employees and community safer. We are closely monitoring this situation and implementing all necessary precautions to do our part in the prevention of the spread of the Covid-19 virus. Our primary goal is to prioritize the health of our customers and employees while minimizing disruptions to our services. Aero Energy has shared best health practices with all of our employees. While our operations will continue, our offices will be closed to non-employees until further notice effective 3/16/20. During this time our phone lines will still be available.
At this time we can assure you that fuel deliveries as well as residential HVAC, plumbing, water treatment, and generator services will continue as scheduled. While certain residential services provided by Aero Energy requires us to enter your home, our technicians are equipped with face masks, disposable gloves and booties that will be worn for the duration of these visits for the foreseeable future. Additionally, our fuel deliveries require minimal to no customer interaction with our employees. We ask that our employees and customers do their best to remain 6-feet away from one another during these visits and properly sanitize their hands immediately afterwards. These precautions are not meant to alarm our customers but rather to keep everyone as safe as possible. 

Payment Assistance and Billing Options:

We know that this is a time of economic hardship for many Americans and we are committed to working with you to help prevent any disruption of our services. To that end, we do have programs and resources available to you:

  • Aero Energy’s Budget Payment Plans- This program helps you to avoid lump sum payments. By breaking your payments up across a 12 month period your energy bills can become much more manageable.
  • Energy Assistance Programs- We are a participant with both the LIHEAP (Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program): 866-857-7095 and the MEAP (Maryland Energy Assistance Program): 800-332-6347.
