Covid-19 Update (May, 2021)
Our customers can rest assured knowing that as the CDC continues to update its guidelines, we will in turn update our own policies. We want to assure you that we are here to serve you, clarify our company-wide safety precautions and provide key reminders regarding our residential visits.
We Are Here to Serve You:
We are closely monitoring updates from PA and MD government officials to ensure that we remain in full compliance with all statewide protocols. We do want to remind our customers that we will remain open as we are an essential business. Effective 5/4/21, our New Oxford, and Cambridge offices will re-open to customers. For the protection of our employees and customers, masks must be worn at all times while visiting Aero Energy offices.
Covid-19 Safety Precautions:
All fuel deliveries, HVAC, plumbing, water treatment and generator services will continue as scheduled. As certain services that we provide require us to enter your home, we would like to remind you of our company-wide safety precautions:
- Any non-vaccinated or partially vaccinated Aero Energy employee will be required to wear masks at all times during the visit.
- All vaccinated employees will be required to wear a mask to our customers’ door. Once greeted, our employee(s) will inform you if they are fully vaccinated and ask you if you would like them to wear a mask during your appointment. If it is your preference, our employee(s) will wear a mask for the duration of the visit.
- When applicable our technicians will sanitize common surfaces prior to departing.
In the event that you are feeling unwell on the day of a service appointment we respectfully request you call us to reschedule for a later date. Our fuel deliveries require minimal to no customer interaction with our employees. We ask that our employees and customers do their best to remain at least 6-feet away from one another during these visits and properly sanitize their hands immediately afterwards.
Our precautions have been put in place to prioritize the safety of our customers and employees and will be continually updated as we progress into the following months.
