Inside Sales Coordinator

Aero Energy has an opening for an experienced Inside Sales Coordinator in our New Oxford, PA office. We are a fuel delivery and HVAC/AC/Plumbing Company known throughout the region for quality workmanship. 
The Inside Sales Coordinator will have excellent attention to detail with the ability to multi-task; develop/possess Aero Energy product knowledge; be organized; able to work in a team environment.  Excellent telephone skills and customer service skills a must.  Computer proficiency including Word, Excel and internal CRM system data entry required.  Responsibilities include:  setting up accounts; account retention; customer service; working with Outside Sales Reps; cold calling; preparation of underground tank agreements; ability to work leads, assist with builder accounts.     
Our ideal applicant will have 3+ years’ prior sales and/or customer service experience with a proven track record,experience in the energy industry a plus.   This role requires responsiveness, professionalism and the ability to work in a seasonally fast-paced environment.  In addition, our candidate should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical and networking skills plus be self-directed and able to meet priorities and deadlines. Aero Energy is following CDC Guidelines for employee and customer health and safety at all times.  College degree in sales preferred.
